27-OHC reduces ECM invasion in PCa cells but not in non-tumorigenic cells. Cell invasion assay demonstrates that while there was no change in invasion in RWPE-1 cells treated with 27-OHC (a), a significant decrease in cell invasion occurred in LNCaP (b) and PC3 (c) cells treated with 27-OHC. Cells were treated with 1 µM 27-OHC and 10 µM PHTPP. Readings were recorded 48 h after treatment with 27-OHC.
