Effect of specific inhibitors of Wnt, Hedgehog, PI3k, NF-κB, JNK, ERK, MAPK, and Notch on Bcl-2 expression that was decreased by the combination treatment of curcumin and MMC. a SP600125 and PD98059; and b SB203580 and GSIs (10 μmol/L). Cells were then treated with 5 μmol/L curcumin and 0.1 μmol/L MMC alone or together for 7 days. Western blot analysis was then performed.
