The effect of γ-irradiation on OVC-432, PA-1, and PA-STK cells. The cells were either γ-irradiated at 100 Gy, or not irradiated as controls. The cells were re-plated in 6-well tissue culture plates at a density of 5 × 104 per plate and then were incubated overnight. The plates were then visualized and photographed by light microscopy (100 × magnification)
