Morphological changes of KYSE-150 cells after incubation with crocetin and/or cisplatin. KYSE-150 cells were untreated (control) or treated with 200 μmol/L of crocetin, 2 μg/L of cisplatin, and 200 μmol/L of crocetin + 2 μg/L cisplatin (C + D) for 48 h. Morphological changes were observed under an inverted phase-contrast microscope (BF) or stained with an Annexin V/PI solution under a fluorescence microscope. Scale bar = 100 μm
