From: Study of the tumor microenvironment during breast cancer progression
The expression of genes related to T helper 1 cells. All samples were collected from breast cancer patients and control group. RNA was extracted and the expression of genes including T-bet (Th1 cells transcription factor), IFN-γ (signature cytokine of Th1 cells) and IL-12p40 (the most important cytokine in induction of Th1 cells) was measured by qPCR.
