The association between T cell subsets and expression/absence of hormone receptors, Her2/neu and p53 in tumor cells. RNA was extracted from breast cancer and normal tissues; main markers of T cell subsets; Th1 (T.bet, IFN-γ), Th2 (GATA3), Th17 (RORC, STAT3) and Treg (FOXP3, CTLA4) were analyzed by qPCR. The expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), Her2/neu and p53 status are based on IHC results. *Pv < 0.05, **Pv < 0.01
