Silencing of IRE1α blocked the conversion of LC3-I to LC3-II in miR-200c-3p-transfected PC-3 cells. PC-3 cells were transfected with control, IRE1α, or PERK short interfering RNAs (siRNAs). The following day, control or miR-200c-3p mimics were transfected into siRNA-treated cells.
