The mitochondria in the cytoplasm were stained with MitoTracker® Red CMXRos red dye in the blank control group. The nucleus was stained with Hochest 33342 blue, and the red mitochondria were located in the cytoplasm surrounding the blue nucleus. A HO-8910PM cells were cultured in Onc-V3-containing medium for 1 h. The mitochondria were shown in red and the nucleus was in blue. The green Onc-V3 protein was located on the surface of the cell. This indicated that Onc-V3 molecules can accurately target tumor cells, and a small amount of it was in the cytoplasm. B HO-8910PM cells were cultured with Onc-V3 for 48 h. The green ONC-V3 was located in the cytoplasm together with the red mitochondria. This indicated that Onc-V3 is taken up by the tumor cells and plays a role in the induction of tumor cell apoptosis
