HO-8910PM cells were cultured with ONC-V3 for 48 h. The blank control group and the group of 0.05 μmol/L were basically healed. The number of neonatal tumor cells in the original scratches was slightly greater than on the scratches. The scratches in the 0.20 and 0.40 μmol/L groups were not significantly healed, indicating that high concentrations of Onc-V3 could inhibit tumor cell migration and healing. The recombinant immune toxin Onc-V3 was found to inhibit the migration ability of highly metastatic human ovarian cancer cells of strain HO-8910PM, and this ability was dose-dependent
