PKC inhibitor SAF and UDCA inhibited invasiveness in CD-exposed MKN-74. By using Boyden chamber to determine invasiveness in MKN-74 cells exposing to various agents as in Fig. 3, both SAF and UDCA blocked CD-induced invasiveness in MKN-74 cells. Values were reported as the average of three experiments with error bars showing standard error of the mean
