SEMA5A protein expression in human cervical cancer tissues. SEMA5A immunohistochemical staining was performed on tumor tissues from patients with different stages of cervical cancer. Almost negative or weak staining intensity was observed in A stage Ia, B Ib, and C IIa tumor tissues, whereas strong intensity of cytoplasmic staining was observed in 80–90% of cervical cancer cells from D stage IIb tumor tissues.
