Antitumor activity of As^III alone and in combination with Tetra in MDA-MB-231 mouse xenografts. The experiment was carried out using human breast cancer nude mice implanted subcutaneously with 1 × 10⁷ MDA-MB-231 cells. The administration of As^III and Tetra, alone or in combination, was performed as described under “Materials and methods”.
