RelB-silencing enhances cytotoxic effect of 5-FU toward DLD-1 cells. a, b X-Celligence system was used to examine the effects of 5-FU on cell growth. Cells were pro-cultured in an E-plate (5000 cells per well) for 24 h and then different concentrations of 5-FU (0, 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 200 µM) were added.
