The immune related KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of 33 types of cancer in TCGA datasets (a). The PD-1 expression mainly showed association with chemokine signaling pathway, natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity, and the helper T (Th) cell differentiation, especially in UVM and TGCT.
