ESE-15-one and ESE-one reduce proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells. MDA-MB-231 cells were exposed to increasing concentrations of ESE-15-one (a) of ESE-one (b) for 24 h (filled black circle), 48 h (filled grey circle) or 72 h (filled triangle). Cell survival was measured by crystal violet staining and quantification. Both experiments were repeated three times and each graph represents the average with the error bars representing the standard error of the means (SEM)
