Cell viability of HNSCC cells grown in 2D and 3D after treatment with cisplatin and cetuximab. The cell viability upon treatment with cisplatin and cetuximab was measured by the MTS assay. Absorbance was measured at λ = 490 nm using an ELISA microplate reader. All measurements were carried out in triplicates and the data are shown as a mean of ± SD. The data are shown as a mean of ± SD; *p < 0.05 (2D) and #p < 0.05 (3D) according to Student’s test
