In vitro clonogenic assay in HNSCC spheroid-derived cells after treatment with cisplatin and cetuximab. Crystal violet staining was used to assess longstanding effect of cisplatin and cetuximab on the capability of HNSCC spheroid-derived cells to form colonies. Cell proliferation is presented as the percentage of the untreated control. All measurements were carried out in triplicates and the data are shown as a mean of ± SD; *p < 0.05
