The molecular mechanism that HOTAIR affected the progression of AMI by regulating HOXA5. LncRNA HOTAIR promotes HOXA5 promoter methylation by recruiting Dnmt3b to inhibit expression of HOXA5, thereby promoting the proliferation and inhibiting apoptosis of AML cells. However, silenced could reverse the above development, thus protecting against the deterioration of AML.
