Hypoxia promoted CRC cell migration and invasion in a SIRT1-dependent manner. a Transwell assays were used to detect the migration and invasion of SW480 cells. SW480 cells were stably transfected with lentivirus to overexpress SIRT1 or treated with the SIRT1 activator SRT1720 (200 nM, Selleckchem). The different SW480 cell treatment groups were then subjected to normoxia or hypoxia for 24 h. b Column diagram indicating the migrating and invading cell counts per high power microscope field and the statistical analysis results.
