Levels of intracellular ROS and cytosolic Ca2+ were elevated by BP5 in HCT116 cells. HCT116 cells were cultured with various doses of BP5 (2, 4 and 8 mM) for 24 h. a ROS production were quantified by using the H2DCF-DA green fluorescence probe.
