Mst1 overexpression and Yap knockdown induce the apoptosis of MDAT-32 cells. a–c Proteins were isolated from MDAT-32 cells and then western blot was used to evaluate the content of Mst1 and Yap. Adenovirus Mst1 (ad-Mst1) and shRNA against Yap (sh-Yap) were transfected into MDAT-32 cells. d MTT assay was used to evaluate the cell viability of MDAT-32 cells. Adenovirus Mst1 (ad-Mst1) and shRNA against Yap (sh-Yap) were transfected into MDAT-32 cells. e LDH release assay was used to evaluate the death of MDAT-32 cells. f, g TUNEL staining was used to quantify the apoptosis of MDAT-32 cells.
