Overexpression of DKK1 inhibited the mRNA and protein expression of MMP7 in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells. Real time PCR analysis suggested overexpression of DKK1 inhibited the mRNA expression of MMP7 in MCF-7 (a) and MDA-MB-231 (b) cells.
