As described in Table 4, 120 potential targets were evaluated. miR-146a-5p was potentially involved in the regulation of following activities in various cancers: a KEGG pathways: PLC-mediated cascade, DAG and IP3 signaling, AQP-mediated transport, EGFR interactions with PLC-γ, and PLC-γ1 signaling; b biological processes: transport, signal transduction, cell communication; c cellular components: plasma membrane; d molecular function: transcription factor activity and protein-tyrosine kinase activity
