  1. The predicted genes that overlapped in at least 7 online platforms were validated by RNA-seq data, and only 120 targets were confirmed to be inversely correlated with miR-146a-5p in expression. Enrichment analysis was conducted, adopting the 120 potential targets to identify statistically significant pathways and GO processes (p < 0.05). Most of the above terms have been reported to play essential roles in the regulation of tumorigenesis and other biological activities in cancers
