Biological effects of miR-28-3p and miR-28-5p in cell migration and invasion. In vitro cell migration was tested by the wound healing assay (a). We also used the transwell cell migration assays to explore NPC cell migratory capacity (b). Cells that migrated into the lower well were stained, photographed and counted (c, d). Invasion assay was carried out in transwell chambers with matrigel-coated (e). Cells that invaded into the lower well were counted (f, g).
