mRNA expression of E6 and E7 oncogenes from HPV-16 and -18 after prolactin and 17β-estradiol stimuli. HeLa and SiHa cells were stimulated with prolactin (200 ng/ml) and 17β-estradiol (10 nM) and relative mRNA expression were measured by quantitative PCR (qPCR) the graphics show the fold change calculated for the method 2−ΔΔcq and the p-value calculated with 2−Δcq method using RPL32 as the reference gene.
