Heat map. The vertical axis of the heat map indicates the number of cases, the first 30 is normal gastric tissue, and the last 343 is gastric cancer tissue. We used the data from the TCGA database to draw heat maps for the same family genes and related genes for CFP1 or 14-3-3. a It can be seen that in the heat map drawn by CFP1 and other genes of its same family, CFP1 expression in normal tissues is lower than in tumor tissues. b It can be seen that in the heat map of 14-3-3 homologous genes and related genes, the expression of 14-3-3 in normal tissues is lower than that in tumor tissues
