TUFT1 promotes TNBC cell resistance to chemotherapy by upregulating the Rab5/Rac1 pathway. a, b MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with TUFT1-shRNA or scr-shRNA following treatment with various doses of doxorubicin and Taxotere for 24 h.
