MLN8237 inhibited tumor growth in mice model. A total of 5 × 106 of IMR32 cells were subcutaneously inoculated in the right flank of each BALB/c nude mice. When the largest tumor reached about 100 mm3, the mice were randomly divided into four groups and given MLN8237 (30 mg/kg, 15 mg/kg, 5 mg/kg, and 0 mg/kg, respectively) once daily by oral gavage. ac When tumors reached a size of 1.8 cm diameter, mice were sacrificed.
