HM Regulates MAPK pathways in CRC cells. The effect of HM (100 μg/ml) on MAPK kinases/ERK signaling pathway was evaluated by Western blotting based on the expression of their phosphorylated forms. Both HM-treated HT29 (a) and SW620 (b) cell lysates were immunoblotted with the antibodies directed against the indicated proteins. Bar graphs showing the phosphorylation of MAPK and ERK relative to the basal phospho-protein expression detected in control cells given an arbitrary value of 1.0 using β-actin as the loading control.
