Uptake of EV derived from control (CNTR) and NS398-treated neurospheres on adherent U87MG and T98G. The EV uptake by recipient cells was evaluated by PKH67 dye (red) or Dapi dye (blue) to label EV and cell nucleus, respectively. Merged images for PHK67 and DAPI are also shown.
