Overexpression of LATS2-AS1-001 inhibits GC cell proliferation and colony formation. The expression pattern of LATS2-AS1-001 in GC cell lines is shown in a. Low expression of LATS2-AS1-001 was detected in BGC823 and SGC7901 cells compared with GES-1 cells. Ectopic expression of LATS2-AS1-001 in BGC823 and SGC7901 cell lines was analyzed by qRT-PCR (b, c). The viability of BGC823 (d) and SGC7901 (e) cells after stable transfection was detected by CCK-8. Ectopic LATS2-AS-001 expression decreased GC cell proliferation after 5 days (*P < 0.05). The colony-formation assay demonstrated that LATS2-AS1-001 overexpression significantly suppressed proliferation in BGC823 (f) and SGC7901 (g) cells.
