Overexpression of NFκB-p65 rescued the cell proliferation and migration affected by CCT3 in breast cancer cells. Celigo image cytometry assay (a) and MTT assay (b) showed that the proliferation of the breast cancer cells was inhibited significantly in KD + Control cells compared to control cells, and overexpression of NFκB-p65 (KD + OE) rescued the effect of CCT3. Transwell migration assay showed that the migration of breast cells was also rescued by overexpression of NFκB-p65 (c).
