LncRNA ST8SIA6-AS1 was elevated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). a Via analyzing previously published RNA sequencing data (GSE77509), lncRNA ST8SIA6-AS1 was found as an upregulated lncRNA in HCC. b The TCGA data suggested that ST8SIA6-AS1 was significantly increased in HCC. c We collected 70 HCC samples and matched normal samples.
