Lj-1-60 decreases the growth of tumor xenografts in nude mice. a Melanoma cells Sk-Mel-5 (1 × 106 cells) were grafted into nude mice. When tumors reached up to approximately 50 mm3, the tumor-bearing mice were randomized for intraperitoneal injection of 20 or 40 mg/kg of Lj-1-60 once a day for 2–3 weeks as described in “Methods”. b The tumor growth and body weight were measured twice per day.
