Co-localization of FASN and FASN-binding proteins. Hepatoma cells HepG2 and SMMC7721 were stained using antibodies against FASN, FSCN1, SIPA1, SPTBN1 and CD59, followed by incubation with FITC-conjugated donkey anti-rat or anti-mouse IgG. The cells were visualized using a confocal microscope. The yellow areas represent protein co-localization. Each experiment was performed in triplicate.
