From: Circ_0000190 suppresses gastric cancer progression potentially via inhibiting miR-1252/PAK3 pathway
Circ_0000190 inhibited human gastric cancer growth in xenograft mice model. The primary BGC-823 cells, BGC-823 cells transfected with circ_0000190 or NC were subcutaneously injected at the left flank. The growth curve and the size of xenograft tumors after 28Â days were determined. The tumor volumes were detected weekly after seeding (a) Apoptosis and cell proliferation were determined by TUNEL assay. b Ki67 expression was detected by ICH.
