Anti-proliferative effects of combination treatments in HCC cells. After treatment with biochanin A (12.5 μM, 25 μM, 50 μM, 75 μM, and 100 μM) and SB590885 (3 μM, 6 μM, 9 μM, 12 μM, and 15 μM) alone or in combination for 48 h, the CCK‑8 assay was used to determine cell viability in the a Bel-7402 cell line and b SK-Hep1 cell line.
