Stigmasterol sensitizes endometrial cancer cell to cisplatin by suppression of Nrf2 expression. Western blot was used to detect the effect of stigmasterol on Nrf2 expression (a). Stigmasterol enhances the inhibitory effect of cisplatin on EC cell proliferation. Stigmasterol was used at indicated doses; a CCK8 assay (b, c) and colony formation assay (d, e) were used to assess proliferation.
