The invasion of colon cancer cells was determined by Transwell assays. b The migration of colon cancer cells was determined by Wound healing assays. c The proliferation of colon cancer cells was determined by Edu assays. d HCT-8 and HCT-116 cells were infected with FABP4 recombinant adenovirus (1:100) and control adenovirus. The invasion (d), migration (e) and proliferation (f) of the cells were determined by Transwell assays, wound healing assays and Edu assays, respectively.
