Parthenolide blocks EGF-induced phosphorylation of EGFR, AKT and ERK in EGFR mutated NSCLC cells. H1975 and PC-9 cells were used in EGF stimulation assay in which they were starved in serum-free medium for 16 h and then exposed to different concentrations of parthenolide with or without hEGF treatment. Cells were then collected and subjected to SDS-PAGE, immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies, respectively. GAPDH was used as a loading control in all samples
