Circ-CCDC66 promotes the proliferation, migration and invasion of cervical cancer cells. Cervical cancer cell lines HeLa and SiHa were stably transfected with Sh-NC or Sh-circ-CCDC66#1, Sh-circ-CCDC66#2 to generate circ-CCDC66 knockdown cell models. a relative expression of circ-CCDC66 in treated HeLa and SiHa cells were analyzed by qRT-PCR assay. b Cell proliferation abilities of treated HeLa and SiHa cells were detected by CCK-8 assays. c Transwell migration assays were conducted to evaluate cell migration ability. d Transwell invasion assays were performed to measure cell invasion ability.
