miR-758-3p promoted cell growth, migration and invasion and reduced cell apoptosis in melanoma via targeting TCEAL7. WM-115 and A375 cells were divided into mimic-NC + Lenti-NC, mimics + Lenti-NC and mimics + Lenti-TCEAL7 groups, and submitted to the following assays. a, b CCK-8 assay was used to test cell proliferation viability. c Transwell chamber assay was used to detect cell invasion. d Flow cytometry assay was applied to detect cell apoptosis. e, f Scratch assay was used to assess cell migration ability.
