GCV incubation time needed for induction of cell death in PA-STK cells. Cells were treated with 50 μM GCV for the indicated time periods. The plates were then washed and fresh culture medium added without GCV for the rest of the experiment (total of 6 days). Survival was assessed by colony counting on day 6.
