In vivo treatment using allogeneic AE17-STK mouse mesothelioma cells in BALB/c mice. BALB/c mice were injected IP with the syngeneic murine mesothelioma cells AB1 (1 × 10⁶ cells per mouse) on day 0. Nine days later the mice were separated into five treatment groups as indicated, and another healthy group acted as positive control. On day 18, mice were sacrificed and post-mortem was performed. All tumour nodules were counted and measured using a calliper. Tumour volume was calculated for each mouse and the mean tumour volume was calculated for each group.
