USP22 promoted cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in gastric cancer cells. a Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) was performed to detect mRNA expression of USP22 in different human gastric cancer cell lines (MGC803, SGC7901, AGS, and MKN45), human lung cancer cell line (H1229), and human pancreatic cancer cell line (PANC1). The normal human gastric epithelial cell line GES-1 was used as a normal control (NC). SGC7901 and AGS cells were stably transfected with USP22- and shUSP22-expressing vectors, respectively.
