IRF4 overexpression reduced Tregs and M2 macrophages and enhanced M1 macrophages in the colon cancer. SW480 cells were transfected with LV-IRF4, LV-ctrl, LV-sh-IRF4 or LV-shRNA. Then, BALB/c mice were injected with normal or the modified SW480 cells.
