The effect of miR-1182 and let-7a on the development of CCA. In CCA, miR-1182 and let-7a are poorly-expressed, and NUAK1 gene is highly-expressed. MiR-1182 and let-7a regulate the expression of NUAK1 negatively. Overexpressed NUAK1 increases the levels of MMP-2/MMP-9, while represses the level of Beclin1, as well as LC3II/LC3I, with the results that cell migration, invasion are promoted and autophagy inhibited.
