Experiments at each concentration were performed in triplicate. The presented data represent the means of three independent experiments. Data are shown as mean ± SD (n = 3, * p < 0.05). b The transductions of ABCC5 regulate cell apoptosis and expression of Bax and caspase after treatment with 0.1 μM MTA (42.74 ng/mL) for 72 h. The experiments were repeated in triplicate. An equal amount of cell lysate (20 μg of protein/lane) was analyzed using β-actin as the loading control (*p < 0.05, compared with non-MTA treatment group; #p < 0.05, compared with AdvCtrl group)
