The MAZ/MAP2K2/ERK axis promotes ccRCC progression. A SW839 and Caki cells were transfected with the pKLO, shMAP2K2, pWPI, and oeMAP2K2 vectors and then subjected to qRT-PCR to determine the MAP2K2 mRNA level.
